1845: Memento Mori is an outdoor Famine Memorial dedicated to the Irish Potato Famine. An installation made of 1845 handblown glass potatoes that are piled into the form of a cairn.

Strokestown Park House & The National Famine Museum & Café are currently closed for redeveopment. In spring 2022 the new, state-of-the-art National Famine Museum and Visitor Centre will be launched.
